Getting To Tarragona
The home port of Tarragona is extremely well placed for getting to and from the boat. It is also a beautiful city and many customers include time in their holiday to explore it.
The Ryanair ‘Barcelona’ airport of Reus is just 10 minutes from the marina and if you arrive here, you will be collection from and delivery back to the airport is included in the price of the holiday.
Many airlines fly into Barcelona itself. From there it is a straightforward train and inexpensive train down the coast to Tarragina where you would be met from the train. There are 3 trains an hour to choose from. Pick up from Barcelona airport can be discussed but it is not the cheapest option.
If you prefer to travel by train then the main north/south Spanish routes pass through Tarragona linking with trains from France etc.
If you are traveling by car, then again the main north/south motorway (AP7) passes close to Tarragona and connects with the main French routes.
With the wide range in the cost of flights available, getting to and from the boat has not been included in the package price. However, we will be happy to search for best prices and book flights on behalf of the customer if required.
