The RYA course structure is flexible and dependent on the number of participants, the modules to be undertaken and the level of prior knowledge. It is always the aim though to leave time for other activities or relaxation. You can either do your own thing or the centre can organise a wide range of excursions.

The following is just a small selection of what is on offer and we would be pleased to follow up any suggestions you might have yourself:

Sailing – It is the intention to always include some time at sea during the week.
The centre has a fully licensed 37’ yacht which is fitted out with a full suite of electronics.

Sightseeing - Trips to the river Ebro and  the Ebro delta  with its paddy fields
and flamingo population. The monastery and vineyard of Poblet, the cities of Tarragona and even Barcelona or numerous local beaches.

Mountain biking -  The centre is actually on one of the national cycle tracks of Catalonia and it is a perfect way to explore the locality.

Walking – Either  in the hills immediately surrounding the centre or up stunning mountain tracks just a short drive from the centre.

Fresh water fishing – The river Ebro is world famous for its Catfish.

Horse riding – Arrangements can be made to explore the local hills on horseback.
